Welcome Mike, Please tell us about yourself.

Start doing your push-ups now and your arms won't hurt so bad at the class.

Experience. over time you will be able to see a stone and know what its charactoristics are and how to treat it for the most part. Every now and then a stone will surprise you.
    It wasn't my fault.
